Firestone complete auto care el dorado hills routine maintenance = $4000 in brake repair - Oil change
On a routine service visit Firestone technician put water in my brake fluid reservoir. Within weeks my entire brake system was destroyed, the tubes, lines, master cylinder, whole shabang. They denied any culpability and were very rude and unresponsive to my calls and requests. They refused to even look at the car when the dealership mechanic called them to discuss it. I had the BAR inspect them and found them deceiving and with ample opportunity to cause the negligence and subsequent brake failure, and the timing fit. I sent a letter of request, which was ignored, then corporate reviewed it but decided to do nothing as well. My error in filing a small claims case too late, but I will never return to Firestone again.
