FIRESTONE RIP-OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!!!!
Had brakes done on a my car three times in the past 2 years. they keep putting "white box" on my car and they keep rusting. i took my car in Feb and got the brakes checked but they never checked them they only checked the brake pads. i almost got into a accident because of the brakes. I waited 4 hours for brakes and wheel alignment. The tech was working on a axel and i was told that when he is done with the axel he was going to do a wheel alignment on that car and then me. the problem is that my car was already sitting for 1.5 and there were no cars getting wheel alignments. After complainint they finally moved my car to get the wheel alignment. Terrible! Terrible service! I have also canceled the Firestone card!!!

0 Hey, James2018. I've basically had the same thing done to me. Let Firestone "replace" my brakes and do new tires. I couldn't afford out of pocket the cost they were quoting me, like $800 so I got their credit card. I've taken my car back into them 3-4 times since then over the span of 6 months because my breaks are still not right! Anyway I'm complaining to upper management now. Just wondering what happened as far as your CC with them. I see you canceled it but did you still have to pay off the balance?
