Firestone Complete Auto Care Complaint

The Firestone in Norwich CT let my mom leave their shop with a tire that was going to blow out. They told her the tire was fine. Nearly halfway home the tire went completely flat. No nails in it. Nothing. My mom nearly trashed the van. Very disgusted with their service. I wouldn't bring my van there. Be warned.
