Firestone Complete Auto Care Complaint

Stopped here on Monday and made an appointment for 11:00 Tuesday. Told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Dropped the truck off at 10:45 AM on Tuesday. Returned at 12:45 and was told the oil change was done but not the tires or alignment. It would be another two hours!!! Told them I would pay for the oil change and take my truck, whereupon I was told the oil change was not really done yet.
Friends, neighbors and business associates will here about this horrible non service.
